“Totally disorganized. They group you with people who have some different activities which isn’t mentioned ahead of time. So they then say you can purchase that activity or wait around for 30 or 40 min. They also describe the horseback riding as 30 minutes but it was more like 15. What’s worse is that it took 30 min to wait for previous groups to finish which then cut into the cenote time so we ended up with 15 or 20 minutes while others that did not book horseback riding had almost a hour. So in effect we got punished for buying more activities.”
