“We booked this experience based on the description of package. However we didn’t receive the most important part of the trip. The times for cruise stated 6 hours not 3 hours. The live entertainment nor the Médano beach ahopping didn’t exist lastly the Buffet is not a buffet they served us 1 partial plate and ran out of food. Staff was great oppose to one young lady that kept bringing the wrong drinks to me. This is a picnic on the water nothing more. The driver was nice but we did t know it was a shared ride we was picked up late because of it.”
