“We booked this experience based on the description of package. However we didn’t receive the most important part of the trip. The times for cruise stated 6 hours not 3 hours. The live entertainment nor the Médano beach ahopping didn’t exist lastly the Buffet is not a buffet they served us 1 partial plate and ran out of food. Staff was great oppose to one young lady that kept bringing the wrong drinks to me. This is a picnic on the water nothing more. The driver was nice but we did t know it was a shared ride we was picked up late because of it.”

The meeting instructions were clear and easy to follow getting off of our cruise ship, and Omar was there waiting for my family (60s, 30s, and a 4 and 2 year old) with a sign.
